NEXT STEPS IN APPLYING FOR A SUBSCRIPTION

Complete the Pre-Approval Application Form so we can get underway on our journey together. Completing the application form does not lock in an agreement.

Upon receiving your Application, Videopro will commence pre-approval checks, with an answer expected on your application within 2 business days.

Whilst we seek pre-approvals, a Workplace Consultant will be assigned to you. We will commence site verification(s), consulting upon any possible adjustments that might need to be made to your chosen solution(s).

If you have any bespoke designed solution requirements, this is the time we can assist you in design engineering and WTaaS pricing. Once we have completed this task, we can include this requirement into your solutions set.

Once you have been approved for a Videopro Subscription Service, we will make any needed adjustments to your Pre-Approval Application after completion of the site verification process. This will form your Videopro Subscription Agreement. All you need to do now is sign the agreement and we are away, quickly mobilising for the installation and deployment of solutions into your nominated facility.

Within 2 business days, a Videopro Projects Coordinator will be assigned to you project. Dependancy requirements will be communicated in coordination, with Videopro providing AutoCAD drawing sets to guide our coordinated efforts. If we need to make adjustments, we will update these drawings in preparation for installation of your chosen solution(s). Our Microsoft Teams Rooms Deployment Engineers will contact your IT team to communicate and verify network requirements, ensuring a successful deployment is made.
